What to do:
ALL visual arts courses being offered during Fall 2013 NEED TO DISPLAY WORK
in the AIMM building during this showcase. This exciting event is held concurrently with the
IMM Department’s own Fall Showcase and the building will be the site of student music groups,
bake sales, and other student run art activities by Kappa Pi, ASA, and the senior thesis group.
ALL professors (adjunct and permanent) are requested to display either:
1. One assignment from the semester (with work by each student in the course
displayed).
OR
2. One artwork from each student (regardless of assignment). Each student must be represented.
Set up is from Monday, December 2 – till Friday,December 6 afternoon and should be collected during final exam period. The wall placement for each class will be announced in mid November.
A sign displaying the name of the course, (assignment, if selected), and the instructor must be
hung alongside the class display.
Professors needing special arrangements such as projectors, pedestals, etc. are encouraged to
contact the Exhibition Committee c/o Prof. Gregory Thielker as soon as possible
