Kelly Kivland, Assistant Curator of the world-renowned Dia Art Foundation, will be giving a talk on Dia’s mission and its history of supporting outstanding site works. The foundation identifies, fosters, and presents those artists who have the potential to change the way we think about art and the world. To suggest the institution’s role in enabling such ambitions, they selected the name “Dia,” taken from the Greek word meaning “through.”
Stop by the Mildred and Ernest E. Mayo Concert Hall at 11:30AM on Friday, Feb 21st to check out this talk!
