Jessica Hamlin is a leading educator for visual arts who endeavors to integrate art and media into K-12 classrooms. She is best known for her work as the Director of Educational Initiatives for PBS’s outstanding series Art21, which documents the working practices of contemporary artists. She is the co-author of Art As History, History as Art: Contemporary Art in the History Classroom (Routeledge, 2009).
