Students can check out equipment from the Equipment Cage/Lighting Studio in AIMM 204. Available equipment includes still cameras, video cameras, tripods, sound and lighting kits, portable audio recorders, and more.
To be approved for checking out equipment, please inform your professor so they can add you to the list to be approved for rental permission. You will receive a link to create a CHEQROOM account, which you can then use to browse available equipment and make reservations for renting.

Hours of Operation
The cage and lighting studio is open when classes are in session and closed between semesters and on holidays. Below are the Spring 2020 semester hours of operation.
Reserving the Lighting Studio
To reserve the lighting studio for a project, please visit the Equipment Cage during the open hours listed above.
Equipment is considered late when equipment is not returned at the agreed upon day and time that was made during the checkout. If equipment is more than an hour overdue, and the student has failed to get in touch with the equipment cage worker via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) the student will receive a late penalty and a strike.
