Late Policy

Equipment is considered late when equipment is not returned at the agreed upon day and time that was made during the checkout. If equipment is more than an hour overdue, and the student has failed to get in touch with the equipment cage worker via email (theaimmcage@gmail.com) the student will receive a late penalty and a strike.

Additional Policies

For Students:

Hours
The hours of the Digital Imaging Center are the same as the cage. If you need to print, ask the
cage tech to unlock the room and retrieve your folder from the cabinet. Classes have first
priority for the room, so if there is a class in there then please find another time to print.

Paper
Bringing your own paper is NOT permitted. Each student will be provided with a folder and a few
sheets of paper. When this paper runs out, you are responsible for paying for more. Order forms
can be found on the door of 214.

Purchasing more Paper
Forms can be found on both sides of the door of 214. Forms require a signature, and can be
signed by a professor or cage worker. Students will then take the form to Green Hall room 119 to
pay for the paper, and bring both the form and the receipt to the cage. The cage worker will give
the student the correct amount of paper.

For Faculty:

Reserving 214
Professors can reserve the Digital Imaging Center for their class. To do so, go to the Digital
Imaging Studio Google calendar, and create an event for your class. The lockbox has 2 keys,
one to get into 214 and one to unlock the cabinet with the paper.

Paper
Please tell your students that bringing their own paper is NOT permitted. If your class has a lab
fee, each student will get a folder with a predetermined amount of paper. When this paper runs
out, each student is responsible for purchasing their own paper through the cage and Green
Hall. Forms can be found in the plastic sleeve on the door of 214.

Purchasing more Paper
Forms can be found on both sides of the door of 214. Forms require a signature, and can be
signed by a professor or cage worker. Students will then take the form to Green Hall room119 to
pay for the paper, and bring both the form and the receipt to the cage. The cage worker will give
the student the correct amount of paper.
